Meetings and Duties
All Pack 415 leaders are volunteers. Parents make up the majority of our leaders. All parents are asked to take an active role in their son's participation in Scout activities. The main leader qualifications and duties are outlined under the links at the left.
Leader Meetings
In general all pack leaders including den leaders, are asked to attend this meeting held on the first Wednesday of the month. This is where planning takes place for all pack activities. The meetings are usually held in the home of one of the leaders, and last about an hour to 90 minutes. Kids are generally allowed, with the host family providing activities (video, games, etc).
Pack Meetings
All pack leaders are encouraged to attend the pack meetings which happen once a month on the third Thursday at Jefferson School.
Den Meetings
Each den will have separate den meetings held outside the pack meeting, These meetings are usually weekly, and where work is done on the various advancement badges. Each den leader in conjunction with the boys and families set the frequency, days, times and locations of the den meetings.
